On the first level there is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining table with 6 chairs and a large sofa bed with a chaise longue in the living area. The whole space has 100% glazing towards the bay and has a comfortable terrace over five meters long. In a separate closet you can find a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner, and the bathroom /+ WC/ on this level is equipped with GROHE and has a separate shower area with a glass screen. Also available are 42″ LED TV, coffee machine with capsules, oven, hotplates, hood, built-in refrigerator, router and DAIKIN floor air conditioner.
The second level in the NEA PENTHOUSE is reached by internal stairs with local lighting. Here is a large romantic bedroom measuring 180/200. There is a separate corner with an armchair for contemplating the sea. A chest of drawers, wardrobe, DAIKIN wall air conditioner and 32″ LED TV are at your disposal. In the bathroom we again have full GROHE fittings, but unlike the first level there is a bathtub available here. The terrace is nearly five meters and faces south. On the first two levels, it is possible to close the access to the stairs with sliding screens, which are also mirrors.
If you are looking for true solitude, then level three is for you. This is the highest point of the Neptune promenade in Ahtopol. The view of the bay and the city is memorable and the feeling has to be experienced!
